Action Boot Camps accountability programs are designed for dedicated clients who are interested in working on their own under the supervision of a trainer to reach their fitness goals.

Balanced Personalized Nutritional Planning: Proper nutritional support is not only necessary for good health; it’s also 50%-80% of your results. Your nutritional plan will be balanced, realistic, and based off food you like to eat! Clients on specific programs may be required to track their food daily. Support: Each cliet will receive support via email or phone through out the week on how to improve nutritional choices and speed results.
Work-Out Plans: Workout plans will be designed based on individual goals, and needs. Plans will include cardio and flexibility planned, as needed. Each plan will come complete with pictures and instructions. During each personal training session form, accountability, and nutrition will be discussed.
Personal Training Sessions: 1 hour personal sessions will be used to weigh in, provide nutrition support, and to go over the new work-out plan.
